HOLIDAY PERIOD CLOSING HOURS

Hobart Community Legal Service will close at 1pm on Friday 22 December 2017 and re-open at 9 am Monday 8th January 2018.

Free Evening Legal Information Sessions will resume on Monday 5th February 2018.

 

 

 

Tasmanian Law Handbook Online 

HCLS provides a range of legal information and advice services to assist and foster community awareness of the law throughout Tasmania and to provide free legal information, advice and referral to the general public in southern Tasmania.

 

Services provided in southern Tasmania from our locations are:

Hobart Office

Free Evening Legal Information Service  (PLEASE NOTE: SERVICE SUSPENDED DURING JANUARY)
Monday & Wednesday evenings 6.00pm.
Please arrive promptly at 5:50pm to complete forms ready for solicitors at 6pm.
Doors close at 6:15pm.

9.00am - 5.00pm Monday to Thursday, 9.00am - 1.00pm Friday

Welfare Rights Advocacy Service

Residential Tenancy Lease Agreements and Condition Reports  
Hobart office stocks pro-forma residential tenancy lease agreements and condition reports for sale.  Cost is as follows:
Lease Agreement: $7.60
Condition Report: $8.40
